This qualification is intended for learners aged 16 and above who work or want to work in the construction industry and specialize in the area of painting and decorating. A painter and decorator could work on a variety of diverse industrial schemes, ranging from redecorating homes to applying heavy-duty finishes to large structures like bridges.Theses qualifications are aimed at people wanting to learn some skills and expertise in painting and decorating, to get to next level on to becoming skilled in their chosen trade, or to progress through an internship and work towards becoming a master craftsman.Courses Available:

• Certificate II in Building and Construction (Painting)
• Certificate III in Painting and Decorating

Eligibility Criteria

• A valid passport for the duration of your study in Australia
• An offer letter from the selected university/institution
• IELTS score 5.5 overall (no score below 5.0 in each of the component) or Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) score 42 (no skill score less than 42)
• Evidence of access to sufficient funds
• Overseas Student Health Cover
• All other relevant documents listed on the Department of Home Affairs visa checklists.
